You agree not to use PrivNote for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws.

Furthermore, you agree not to use the application to transmit, store, or distribute any material that is maliciously intended to harm, abuse, or exploit the API services (Telegram, GitHub) integrated within this app.

2. Rate Limiting & Third-Party Terms

When utilizing the GitHub or Telegram backup integrations, you are directly interacting with their servers. You agree to:

• Strictly adhere to the respective Terms of Service of GitHub and Telegram.
• Respect API rate limits. Any automated abuse or scripting that results in the IP ban or API suspension of your credentials is your sole responsibility.

3. Intellectual Property & License

The source code of PrivNote is provided under the terms of its Open Source License (available in the GitHub repository). You are permitted to view, audit, and fork the code subject to those license terms.

However, the PrivNote brand name, logos, and specific website design assets remain the intellectual property of its creators and may not be copied without explicit permission.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under these Terms of Service or relating in any way to your use of PrivNote resides exclusively in the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Lucknow in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving PrivNote or its developers.

5. Modifications to Terms & App Features

PrivNote reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or the Disclaimer at any time at our sole discretion.

We also reserve the right to modify the PrivNote application itself, which includes adding new features, introducing premium or paid features, or changing existing functionalities.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. By continuing to access or use PrivNote after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
